Leelammo, a dance number from Aadikeshava was unveiled on Thursday evening. The song, featuring performances by Sreeleela and Vaisshnav Tej, has been named after Sreeleela. This is the third single from the film, after Sittgarala Sithravathi and Hey Bujji Bangaram. Leelammo has been sung by Nakash Aziz and Indravathi Chauhan with lyrics penned by Kasarla Shyam. GV Prakash Kumar has composed the music for the film.

Aadikeshava also features Malayalam actors Joju George and Aparna Das. They are making their Telugu debuts with the film. Aadikeshava is Sreeleela's third release of 2023, after Skanda and Bhagavanth Kesari. She will also be seen in Extra opposite Nithiin before the year ends. 

Aadikeshava is written and directed by Srikanth N Reddy. It is his debut film. The film is produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banner Sithara Entertainments' and Fortune Four Cinemas. Dudley and Prasad Murella have jointly handled the film's cinematography, with editing by Navin Nooli and production design by AS Prakash. Aadikeshava is scheduled to hit theatres on November 10.
