We had previously reported about Saindhav moving its release date from December 22 to January 13. The makers of the film announced on Thursday that the official teaser of Saindhav will be unveiled on October 16 i.e. the coming Monday.

The makers have wrapped the principal production of the film and are now in the middle of post-production duties. Saindhav stars Venkatesh Daggubati in the lead role, with a star-studded ensemble cast featuring Andrea Jeremiah, Shraddha Srinath, Ruhani Sharma, Arya, Jayaprakash and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The latter is making his Telugu debut with Saindhav. The film, an action entertainer, will be set in the fictitious South Indian coastal city called Chandraprastha. 

Saindhav is written and directed by Dr Sailesh Kolanu. Sailesh has previously directed the films HIT 1 & its sequel HIT 2. It may be noted that Saindhav is not a part of the HIT narrative universe. Venkat Boyanapalli of Niharika Entertainment is producing the film, with Kishore Tallur acting as the film's co-producer. Santhosh Narayanan is the music composer of Saindhav, with cinematography by Manikandan, editing by Garry BH and production design by Avinash Kolla.
