Matti Katha, a critically acclaimed film that won nine awards at the Indo-French film festival 2023 is all set to make its OTT debut on Aha. The film will be available for streaming from October 13 onwards.

Matti Katta has an ensemble cast that features Ajey Ved, Maya, Kanakavva, Dayanand Reddy, Sudhakar Reddy, Balveer Singh, Akshay Sai, Raju Aluri, Ruchita and Bathula Teja, among others. Matti Katha is written and directed by Pavan Kadiyala. 

Set in a village in Telangana, Matti Katha is the tale of four college friends, Bhoomayya (Ajay Ved), Srinu (Akshay Sai), Yadhagiri (Raju Aluri), and Raju (Bathula Teja). While the other three in the gang are happy with the lives they lead, Bhoomayya wants something else. He is also in love with Raji (Maya). Matti Katha, as the title partly suggests, also delves into the issue of land encroachments in their village. The crux of the film is shaped by an unexpected incident that shakes Bhoomayya's world, leading to a set of events that changes the course of his life forever. 

Matti Katha is produced by Appi Reddy, with music by Smaran Sai and cinematography by Sainath.
