Roshan Kanakala, the son of anchor- -actor Suma Kanakala and actor Rajeev Kanakala, is all set to make his silver screen debut with an upcoming Telugu film titled Bubblegum. On Friday, acclaimed filmmaker SS Rajamouli unveiled the first-look image of the film featuring Roshan along with Maanasa Choudhary, who is also making her feature debut. It has also been learned that a first glimpse of the film will be revealed on October 10. 

Taking to his X handle( Formerly Twitter) by sharing the first look image, RRR helmer wrote," Congratulations to you, Roshan, on making your debut as an actor. Wishing you to make your own mark and make Rajeev and Suma Garu proud." The veteran also extended his wishes to the team. 

Directed by Ravikanth Perepu, who is best known for helming Kshanam and Krishna and His Leela, the upcoming film is billed as a love story aligning with new-age sensibilities, and it is being produced by 
Maheshwari Movies, in association with People Media Factory. 

Bubblegum's technical crew comprises music composer Sricharan Pakala, cinematographer Suresh Ragutu and editor Nishad Yusuf, who is best known for his work in the Tovino Thomas- starrer, Thallumaala.
