The makers of Double iSmart, on Friday, announced that Mani Sharma has been roped into the film's crew to compose music. The film, starring Ram Pothineni and directed by Puri Jagannadh, is a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster film iSmart Shankar.

Mani Sharma has previously composed music for a number of Puri's films including Pokkiri, Chirutha, Ek Niranjan and Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu among others. Of course, he also composed music for iSmart Shankar. 

Double iSmart went on floors a few months ago in Mumbai. The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages on March 8, 2024.

Backed by Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur under the Puri Connects banner, the film's technical crew includes cinematographer Gianni Giannelli and stunt director Kecha. Further details about the cast and crew are yet to be announced.
