The first look of Roti Kapda Romance has been unveiled. The film's title is a riff-off from the 1974 Hindi film Roti Kapda Makaan (1974). The film is written and directed by Vikram Reddy and produced by Bekkem Venugopal under the banner Lucky Media. Lucky Media has previously produced the films Hushaaru, Cinema Choopistha Mama, Mem Vayasuku Vaccham, Prema Ishq Kadhal, and Paagal. 

The first look poster features four young men in a laidback pose, sporting different expressions. Actors Harsha Narra, Sandeep Saroj, Tarun, and Supraj Ranga play the male leads of the film, while Sonu Thakur, Nuveksha, Megha Lekha, and Khushboo Chaudhary will be playing their female counterparts. As the title suggests, the film is poised to be a coming-of-age drama with commercial elements and a strong emotional core. 

Harshvardhan Rameshwar, RR Dhruvan, and Vasanth G have jointly composed the film’s music. Santhosh Reddy is the film’s cinematographer, while Vijayvardhan and Kiran Mamidi have handled editing and production design respectively.
