We had previously reported that Saripodha Sanivaram, which is Nani's 31st film, will see the actor reuniting with his Ante Sundaraniki director Vivek Athreya. The makers of the film have now announced that they have commenced the film's shoot with an action episode. Action master duo Ram-Lakshman will be choreographing this sequence. Along with some action, some talkie portions will also be shot in this schedule. The film also stars Priyanka Mohan and SJ Suryah.

Saripodha Sanivaram will mark Priyanka's second collaboration with Nani, having previously worked with the natural star in her Telugu debut Nani's Gang Leader. Priyanka is also working in the Pawan Kalyan-starrer OG, which is produced by the same banner as Saripodha Sanivaram. 

Saripodha Sanivaram is produced by DVV Danayya and his son Kalyan Dasari under the banner DVV Entertainments. Jakes Bejoy is composing the film's music. Murali G, who had recently worked as a cinematographer for the Samantha-Vijay Devarakonda-starrer Kushi, is the cinematographer of the film, with editing handled by Karthika Srinivas. 

Nani has appeared in Dasara earlier this year. He is all set to be seen next in Hi Nanna opposite Mrunal Thakur. Hi Nanna, which is written and directed by Shoryuv, will be hitting theatres on December 7.
