The first single of Pindam, namely Jeeva Pindam, was unveiled by the film's makers on Thursday. Jeeva Pindam is composed by Krishna Saurabh Surampalli, with vocals by Anurag Kulkarni and lyrics by Kavi Siddhartha.

Jeeva Pindam was launched by director Anil Ravipudi, who has recently made the Balakrishna starrer Bhagavanth Kesari. Jeeva Pindam lays out the film’s ambience, emphasizing the vulnerability of a family threatened by a host of spirits. The lyrics also talk about destiny, among other things. 

Pindam stars Raja Poolu, Kushee Ravi and Aadavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule fame actor Sriram. Easwari Rao, Srinivas Avasarala and Ravi Varma play supporting roles. The film is written and  directed by a newcomer Saikiran Daida and produced by Yeshwanth Daggumati, under the Kalaahi Media banner. The film, set in three different eras, has wrapped production. 

Speaking about the song and the film, Anil Ravipudi says, “I’m happy to launch the first single from Pindam, the song visually conveys the theme of the film. I’m sure Pindam will be the ‘scariest film ever’. I understand the tension one experiences with their debut film and wish director Saikiran and the producers the very best,”

Satish Manohar is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Shirish Prasad and production design by Vishnu Nair. The makers of the film intend to release Pindam somewhere in the middle of November.
