Fresh off the success of Virupaksha, Sai Dharam Tej will be featuring next in the Samuthirakani directorial Bro, opposite his uncle, actor Pawan Kalyan. Sai Dharam Tej will be essaying the role of a character named Mark alias Markandeyulu in the film.

The makers of Bro have also released a motion poster along with the first look. The actor is seen in a white coloured semi-casual three piece suit as he is posed walking ahead. In the background, we see a mildly cloudy sky along with an analogue clock mildly superimposed upon it.

The official Telugu adaptation of Vinodaya Sitham, which was also directed by Samuthirakani, Bro will be hitting theatres on July 28. The Telugu dialogues of the film have been penned by Trivikram Srinivas. The music of the film is composed by Thaman S, while the film is jointly produced by Zee Studios and TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla's People Media Factory.  Sujith Vasudev is the cinematographer of Bro, with editing by Navin Nooli and production design by AS Prakash. It may be noted that while Vinodaya Sitham released directly on the ZEE5 streaming platform, its Telugu counterpart will have a theatrical release, before being available on Netflix for streaming.
