With Nani's Dasara, all set to release on March 30, promotions for the film have been going in full swing. During a promotional event, the actor shared his shooting experiences for the upcoming film.

While interacting with the media, Nani said, "Shooting for this film was really tough as it is made in the backdrop of the Singareni coal mines near Godavarikhani in Telangana; there was coal dust and doing the shoot in the midst of that was tough. The dust created congestion in my chest, and I couldn't sleep properly, but now it seems like everything was worth it when the movie is complete."

"During the shoot, we used to suffer, but after the pack up and looking at the outcome, things seemed perfect. Yes, I must say one thing there was no fun situation at all during the shoot," he added.

He also shared that to get into the skin of the character, at times, he drank alcohol. "Whenever the director wanted the eyes to look red, I tried real alcohol,"

Directed by Srikanth Odela, Dasara is a mass action entertainer in which Nani plays a rustic character speaking in the Telangana dialect, and Keerthy Suresh plays the female lead.

Apart from Telugu, the makers also have plans to release the film in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. While Sathyan Sooryan is handling cinematography, Navin Nooli is the editor, and Avinash Kolla is the production designer.
