 First look poster of Music School out

The makers of Music School, an upcoming musical film, unveiled the film's first look and motion poster on Tuesday in Hyderabad. The film has an ensemble cast of Shriya, Sharman Joshi, Prakash Raj, Suhasini Mulay, Benjamin Gilani, Mona Ambegaonkar and Brahmanandam. The film is all set to release on May 12. 

The film is trilingual, releasing in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi respectively. Singer Shaan will be making his acting debut with Music School. The film is billed as a musical film with a student backdrop. The film's Original Soundtrack has 11 songs, which are all composed by Ilaiyaraaja. In addition to this, the film will also be sampling a few songs from the Oscar-winning beloved musical, The Sound of Music (1965) 

Papa Rao Biyyala, a former IAS officer, will be making his debut as a director with Music School. He has also written and produced the film. Papa Rao's niece Yamini is also co-producing the film under the banner Yamini Films. Dil Raju will be distributing the Telugu version of Music School under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film will be distributed nationwide by PVR. Veteran cinematographer Kiran Deohans is the cinematographer of Music School, with Manan Sagar serving as the film's editor.
