We had earlier reported that the Vishwak Sen film Das Ka Dhamki will be hitting theatres on March 22. The makers of the film have now taken to social media to announce that they will be releasing the film's new, 2.0 trailer on March 12 in Karimnagar. The first trailer of the film was unveiled by actor Balakrishna.

Das Ka Dhamki is directed by Vishwak Sen, who is also acting in the film as its hero. The film is Vishwak's second film as a director, the first film being Falaknuma Das (2019). Falaknuma Das was the official Telugu remake of Angamaly Diaries (2017). Das ka Dhamki was earlier scheduled to release on February 17, but the makers of the film pushed its release a month ahead, on account of finishing pending CG work. 

Das Ka Dhamki is written by Prasanna Kumar Bezawada, and produced by Vishwak's father Karate Raju under the banner Vanmaye Creations. The film stars Nivetha Pethuraj as its female lead. Leon James is the music composer for Das ka Dhamki, with Dinesh K Babu and Anwar Ali providing cinematography and editing for the film respectively.
