Kiran Abbavaram, who was recently seen in Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, will be soon seen in a new film titled Meter. Billed as a commercial entertainer, the film is directed by debutant Ramesh Kaduri. The makers have released the first look and the release date of the film on Wednesday on the occasion of the actor's birthday.

The first look features the SR Kalyanamandapam actor in a police jeep sporting a fierce look. The film will be released in theatres on April 7. Produced by Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu through Clap Entertainment while Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili of Mythri Movie Makers will be presenting it.

The film has cinematography by Venkat C Dileep and Suresh Sarangam while Ramesh Kaduri penned the dialogues. Sai Kartheek is the music director.

In addition to Meter, Kiran also has Rules Ranjan coming up.
