On Friday, the makers of Spy starring Nikhil Siddhartha in the lead role released the trailer of the film. The film is all set to hit theatres on June 29. 

The film's trailer suggests that important documents on Subhash Chandra Bose of national importance are in the hands of a much-wanted terrorist. Nikhil Siddhartha is a spy on a mission to retrieve the documents and also avenge the death of his brother. The trailer also has a surprise cameo by Rana Daggubati. 

The film marks the directorial debut of Garry BH, who served as an editor on films like Goodachari (2018), Evaru (2019), HIT: The First Case (2020), Paagal (2021) and HIT: The Second Case (2022).

Spy stars Iswarya Menon and Sanya Thakur in prominent roles. Sricharan Pakala and Julian Amaru Estrada are handling the music and cinematography departments, respectively. K Rajashekhar Reddy, who also wrote the story, is bankrolling the project through Ed Entertainments.
