Rana Daggubati unveiled the concept teaser of Hiranyakashyap, on Tuesday. The film is inspired by one of the Amar Chitra Katha comics and is backed by Rana's Spirit Media. 

Set to be written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Rana Daggubati will star in the film in the lead role. Sharing the concept teaser on social media, he wrote, "The demon king has arrived. Watch him come to life in our next project." 

Rana Daggubati made an announcement regarding Hiranyakashyap during the San Diego Comic-Con  (SDCC 2023). He attended the event to unveil a glimpse of Prabhas' upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD. 

Rana, who was last seen in Rana Naidu, was the presenter with the recent release, Pareshan. His Spirit Media company recently produced the Telugu web series Maya Bazaar For Sale.
