On Sunday, on the occasion of actor Thiruveer's birthday, Zee5 announced that the actor has joined the cast of director Praveen Sattaru's spy thriller series, Mission Tashafi.
The spy thriller, which began filming a few days ago, also has Simran Choudhary, Srikanth Iyengar, Anish Kuruvilla, Chatrapathi Sekhar, Bhushan Kalyan and others playing prominent roles. Pranathi Reddy of Film Republic is backing Mission Tashafi, which is set to have 8 episodes.
Mission Tashafi is billed to be a high-octane spy thriller with grand action sequences filmed in several international locations. With cinematography by Naresh Ramadurai, the series is set to have editing by Dharmendra Kakarla and art direction by Sahi Suresh.
Praveen Sattaru is known for films like 11th Hour and The Ghost. His upcoming directorial Gandeevadhari Arjuna, starring Varun Tej, is gearing up for release. Meanwhile, Thiruveer who started his career with Bommalaramaram, was last seen in Pareshan.
