Rangabali gets U/A certificate 

The film is set to release on July 7

Rangabali, an upcoming comedy entertainer starring Naga Shaurya in the lead role, has received a U/A certificate from the censors. The film is set for a July 7 release.

The film is written and directed by newcomer Pawan Basamsetti. Yukti Thareja is the female lead of the film, with Satya, Brahmaji, Goparaju Ramanna, Rajkumar Kasireddy and Kodati Pavan Kalyan playing supporting roles. 

Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko, who has made his Telugu film debut in Dasara will be appearing next in Rangabali. He is also acting in Jr NTR’s upcoming film Devara, a pan-India film directed by Koratala Siva. Set in the titular town of Rangabali, Naga Shaurya plays the role of a slacker who works in his father’s pharmacy. Yukti Thareja plays the role of a doctor. The importance of a hometown in one’s life is Rangabali’s central theme. 

Rangabali is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Creations. Diwakar Mani is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Karthika Srinivas R and production design by AS Prakash. Love Story-fame music director Pawan Kumar CH is the music composer of Rangabali.
