Ahead of the release of the Chiranjeevi-starrer Waltair Veerayya, the makers have organised a grand pre-release event on Sunday at the RK Beach in Visakhapatnam.

According to reports, the makers availed police permission to host the event at this particular location. They assured the police that they would fulfil all the conditions and ensure fool-proof arrangements. Many workers have been brought to erect a big stage for the gala event close to the beach. 

Billed as a mass-action entertainer, Waltair Veerayya also stars Shruti Haasan, Ravi Teja and Urvashi Rautela. Directed by Bobby Kolli (KS Ravindra), the film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner. While Arthur A Wilson handles the camera, Niranjan Devaramane is the editor and AS Prakash is the production designer. Bobby has written the story and the dialogue for the film. Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy have written the screenplay.
