Sri Simha Koduri, who was seen last year in Dongalunnaru Jagratha, a survival thriller, is back with his next, titled Ustaad. The first look of the film was unveiled on the occasion of the actor's 27th birthday. In the poster, we can see the actor in a pilot's uniform along with a picture of an airplane in the foreground, indicating that this film is likely to be set in the world of aviation.
Sri Simha Koduri is the son of veteran music composer MM Keeravani and the younger brother of Naatu Naatu singer and musician Kaala Bhairava. After appearing as a child actor in SS Rajamouli's Yamadonga (2007) and Maryada Ramanna (2010), Simha made his debut as a lead actor with the 2019 comedy-thriller film Mathu Vadalara.
Kavya Kalyanram, a former child actor who recently starred in Masooda (2022), will be starring opposite Sri Simha.
Written and directed by Phanideep and produced by Rajani Korrapati, Rakesh Reddy Gaddam and Himank Reddy Duvvuru, Ustaad has cinematography and editing by Pavan Kumar Puppala and Carthic Cuts, respectively.
