The sequel to the 2021 film Maa Oori Polimeri has wrapped filming and the makers have commenced the post-production activities. The film stars Satyam Rajesh, Dr Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Get-up Srinu, Baladitya, Ravi Varma, Chitram Sreenu, and Akshata Srinivas in main roles.

The makers shared that the film was shot across Uttarakhand, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Khammam and Hyderabad. Directed by Dr Anil Vishwanath, the film is produced by Gowr Kriesna through Shree Krishna Creations. The film has music by Gyani while Ramesh Reddy serves as the cinematographer.

Maa Oori Polimera told the story of a police officer who unearths shocking truths in a village when he investigates the killing of his brother. The film premiered on Disney+ Hotstar. The makers are yet to announce the release date of the film.

Satyam Rajesh, meanwhile, was recently seen in films like Masooda, Dhamaka, Top Gear and Kalyanam Kamaneeyam.
