On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, social media platform Letterboxd released a virtual interview of actor Ram Charan. In a brief interaction lasting up to a minute and half, Ram Charan responded to comments ranging from compliments on his physical appearance to naming his crushes.

Reacting to one-line review of RRR that called the actor an attractive man, Ram Charan said, “Wow. I want my wife to hear this. Lovely. She will be very proud, I think.”

When enquired about his onscreen crushes, Ram Charan replies, “I don’t know if I was obsessed but every time I saw Julia Roberts, I used to be really attracted to the film, really to the screen…and I used to lock myself to the television. So she had something so attractive, so unconventional. I was a big fan of hers since Pretty Woman.” Also admitting to having a crush on Catherine Zeta-Jones, Ram Charan continued, “The Mask of Zorro was one of my first films. I enjoyed her work and ever since I have followed her work in Entrapment and so on. “

Letterboxd is a New Zealand-based social networking site centered around cinema. Users of the app can make entries on the films they watch, in addition to rating and reviewing them.

Meanwhile on the work front, Ram Charan is currently working with director Shankar for a trilingual tentatively titled RC15.
