The makers of Bubblegum, directed by Ravikanth Perepu, have released the third single from the film. Titled, Jaanu, the song is sung by Javed Ali with lyrics by Ananta Sriram. Sricharan Pakala composed the song. Earlier, the makers had unveiled the first and second single Habibi Jilebi and Izzat.

Bubblegum stars newcomers Roshan Kanakala and Maanasa Choudhary in the lead roles. Roshan is the son of character actor Rajeev Kanakala and prominent TV host and presenter Suma Kanakala. Ravikanth has previously helmed Kshanam and Krishna and his Leela. While Ravikanth’s first two films were notably written by their lead actors, the editor-turned-director has co-written Bubblegum along with Vishnu Kondur and Seri-Ganni.

The teaser of Bubblegum reveals that it is a love story between the son of a butcher aspiring to be a DJ and a rich girl. There are also elements of action seen in the teaser, possibly due to the troubles Roshan’s character brings upon himself.

Bubblegum is produced by Maheshwari Movies and People Media Factory. Sricharan Pakala is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Suresh Rugutu, editing by Nishad Yusuf and production design by Vithal Kosanam.

Bubblegum is slated to hit the big screens on December 29.
