On the occasion of the actor's birthday, the makers of Nagarjuna's next film have unveiled its title and release date, in addition to the names of the film's key technicians through a first glimpse video. Titled Naa Saami Ranga, the film is directed by choreographer-turned-filmmaker Vijay Binni, with a screenplay penned by Dhamaka-fame writer Prasanna Kumar Bezawada.
MM Keeravani will be composing the music of the film, which will be produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner Srinivasaa Silver Screen. Naa Saami Ranga is scheduled for a Sankranti 2024 release.
The first glimpse of the film, clocking under two minutes, shows Nagarjuna beating up goons in a godown, before lighting a cigarette with the filament of a lightbulb and proclaiming his grand entry. The actor is seen sporting a black lungi and a dark red shirt, with rugged hair and scars on the right side of his face.
The actor was seen last year in three films, namely Bangarraju, where he co-starred with his older son Naga Chaitanya, the Praveen Sattaru directorial The Ghost and Brahmastra Part One, where he was seen in an extended cameo. In addition to Naa Saami Ranga, the actor will also be seen next in Dhanush's next with Sekhar Kammula.
