DD Returns, the recently released Tamil language horror comedy starring Santhanam in the lead, received a warm reception from audiences and critics alike. Now, it has come to note that the Telugu version of the film, titled DD Returns Bhoothala Bangla, will be hitting the screens soon.

The trailer of the Telugu version was unveiled on Saturday, and the film is directed by debut filmmaker S Prem Anand and produced by C Ramesh Kumar, under the banner RK Entertainment

DD Returns stars an ensemble cast of Redin Kingsley, Maran, Pradeep Rawat, Masoom Shankar, Fefsi Vijayan, Rajendran and Munishkanth. ofRo is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Dipak Kumar Padhy, editing by NB Srikanth, art direction by AR Mohan and choreography by Sandy. 

The film opened to positive reviews, "DD Returns is bolstered by the never-ending punch lines and impeccable staging of some really quirky gags that add to the hilarity" reads the CE review of the film.
