Nagumomu, the third single from Happy Ending, was unveiled on Friday by the makers of the film. Neelakasham and Teneteega, the first and second singles of the film, were released in the last month. Inspired by the Tyagaraja keerthana of the same name, Happy Ending's Nagumomu uses the same tune but adopts different lyrics. The song is composed by Ravi Nidamarthy, with lyrics by Lakshmi Priyanka and vocals by Krishna Tejaswi. 

Happy Ending stars former cricketer-turned-actor Yash Puri in the lead role, alongside Apoorva Rao. Ajay Ghosh, Vishnu Oi, Jhansi, Anitha Chowdhary, Harsh Roshan, Jiya Sharma, Vamsi Nekkanti, KLK Mani, Kamal Tumu and Swetha form the supporting cast of the film. Happy Ending, a coming-of-age romantic comedy, set around a risque theme is directed by Kowshik Bheemidi and written by Naga Sai. 

Happy Ending is jointly produced by Hamstech, a fashion college, and Silly Monks Studios, who run a series of YouTube channels. Yogesh Kumar, Sanjay Reddy and Anil Pallala are the producers of the film. Ashok Seepally is the cinematographer of Happy Ending, with editing by Pradeep R Moram and production design by Aravind Mule. The makers are yet to announce the release date of the film.
