We have earlier informed about the first look unveiling of Nani 30, Nani's upcoming film directed by debut director Shoryuv. The makers of the film have announced on Saturday that actress Shruti Haasan will be joining the cast of the film.

The actor will appear in a crucial role in the film. Mrunal Thakur, who has made her Telugu debut with the Hanu Raghavapudi directorial Sita Ramam, is the female lead of Nani 30. The film is currently being shot in Goa. Shruti Haasan has reportedly joined the shoot of Nani 30. The Goa schedule of Nani 30 is a lengthy one, where crucial scenes involving the actors will be filmed. 

Nani will be playing the role of a single father to a six year old daughter in Nani 30. Sanu John Varghese is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Praveen Anthony and production design by Jothish Shankar. Hridayam-fame music director Hesham Abdul Wahab, who will be making his Telugu debut with Kushi, is composing music for Nani 30. 

Nani 30 is produced by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala under the banner Vyra Entertainments. 

Nani 30 is set to release on December 21.
