Ahead of Agent's release on April 28, the makers released a special video song, Wild Saala from the film featuring Akhil Akkineni and Urvashi Rautela. The special song is composed by  Bheems Ceciroleo and sung by Sravana Bhargavi, Bheems Ceciroleo, Sai Madhav, Swathi Reddy UK and Amala Chebolu. The lyrics are penned by Raghuram.

The spy action thriller is directed by Surender Reddy. The runtime of the film is revealed to be 2 hours and 36 minutes. Besides Akhil, the film also stars Mammootty and Dino Morea in prominent roles with Sakshi Vaidya playing the female lead. The technical crew includes cinematographer Rasool Ellore, music composer Hip Hop Thamizha, editor Naveen Nooli and art director Avinash Kolla.
