We earlier reported about the upcoming film Music School starring Shriya Saran, Sharman Joshi and Prakash Raj in the lead roles. 

The latest update is that the film's trailer will be launched by Vijay Deverakonda on April 25. The upcoming film, Music School, focuses on the concern of academic pressure that society, parents and teachers subject young students to. It is directed by Papa Rao Biyyala. The cast also includes Ozu Barua, Gracy Goswamy, Benjamin Gilani, Suhasini Mulay, Mona Ambeognkar, Leela Samson, Bugs Bhargava, Vinay Varma, Sreekanth Iyengar, Vaquar Sheikh and Phani. The film has cinematography by Kiran Deohans. The film has music by Ilaiyaraaja.

It may be noted that the rights to three songs from the iconic American musical drama The Sound of Music have been acquired by the makers of the upcoming Indian film Music School. The makers have obtained the rights of Do Re Mi, So Long Farewell and Sixteen Going on Seventeen. Backed by Yamini Films and shot in Hindi and Telugu, the film will release on May 12.
