Rana Naidu renewed for second season 

The series is headlined by Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati

The makers of Rana Naidu, the Netflix series starring actors Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati, have renewed the show for one more season, the streaming platform confirmed on social media.

The first season premiered in February and opened to favourable reviews. Rana Naidu is an official adaptation of the American series Ray Donovan. The first season was directed by Karan Anshuman and Suparn Verma, and produced by Aaron Sunder of Locomotive Global Inc.

The show follows the life of the city’s go-to-fixer, Rana Naidu, who does the dirty work for top power players; making the problems of the city's celebrities, superstar athletes, and business moguls, disappear. The plot details of the second season is kept under wraps.

Apart from Rana and Venkatesh, the series also starred Surveen Chawla, Sushant Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, Suchitra Pillai, Gaurav Chopra, Ashish Vidyarthi and Rajesh Jais in pivotal roles.
