We had previously announced that actor Nani and Mrunal Thakur will be headling the upcoming Telugu film tentatively titled Nani 30. The makers, on Saturday, announced that the film will hit the theatres in time for Christmas on December 21. 

A new poster was released, which shows Nani's character embracing his daughter. The film is written and directed by Shouryuv. Nani 30 is said to be a story about a bond between a father and his daughter. The film will be bankrolled by Vyra Entertainments. The project marks the production house's first film and maiden project for Nani and Mrunal collaboration.

Hesham Abdul Wahab will be scoring music for the film, with Nani 30 being shot by Sanu John Varughese. Actor Angad Bedi, who is known for his roles in films like Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl and the series Inside Edge, will be making his south debut with Nani 30.
