Actor Satyadev’s 26th film, which will be directed by Eashvar Karthic, and announced on Sunday, will also feature Kannada actor Daali Dhananjay, the makers announced. Billed to be a crime action thriller, the film will feature Dhananjay, who played a prominent role in Pushpa-The Rise, in a lead role.

Interestingly, the upcoming film also marks Dhananjaya's 26th film.

Eashvar Karthic's yet-to-be-titled film is billed to be a crime-action drama and will be the first production venture of the Old Town Pictures banner. An official announcement about the project was made by releasing the poster of the film, which has the illustration of a horse, gun, and a few currency notes. While it is a grey theme poster for Dhananjay, Satyadev’s poster comes with a red theme.

Speaking to CE, Dhananjay said that he is looking forward to working with Eashvar Karthic. "The director has come up with a fantastic script, and I was glad to learn that they wanted me to be part of this project. The narration was given to me while I was shooting for Hoysala, and we instantly got connected. I will be playing one of the leads in this multistarrer and I'm looking forward to sharing screen space with Satyadev. The shooting for the project will begin soon, and I will be joining the team in December," he says.

Produced by Bala Sundaram and Dinesh Sundaram, the film’s technical crew consists of cinematographer Manikantan Krishnamachary and music by Charan Raj. Krish is handling the editing, with dialogues for the movie are penned by Meeraqh.

The other cast members of the film are yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, Dhananjay, who had Monsoon Raaga released last week, is currently shooting for Hoysala. He is also looking forward to the release of his much anticipated pan-India film, Head Bush, which is slated to hit the theatres on October 21.
