The makers of actor Ravi Teja’s upcoming Telugu film Ravanasura have locked the film’s release date. The film is set to release on April 7, 2023 in theatres.

Billed to be an action thriller, Ravanasura is directed by Sudheer Varma and is bankrolled by Abhishek Nama’s Abhishek Pictures and RT Teamworks. Apart from Ravi Teja, the film also features a host of actors, including Sushanth, Anu Emmanuel, Megha Akash, Faria Abdullah, Daksha Nagarkar, Poojitha Ponnada, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, Nitin Mehta, Satya, Jaya Prakash, among others.

In the film, Ravi Teja plays the role of a lawyer and the story is penned by Srikanth Vissa. Harshavardhan Rameswar and Bheems together provide music for the film, while Vijay Kartik Kannan handles the cinematography and Srikanth is the editor.

Meanwhile, Ravi Teja, who was last seen in Ramarao On Duty, has Waltair Veerayya alongside Chiranjeevi.  The film is directed by Bobby Kolli, also stars Shruti Haasan and Catherine Tresa as the female leads. Besides, the actor also has action comedy Dhamaka, written and directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina. The film stars Sree Leela and Jayaram and will be releasing in theatres on December 23. Ravi Teja also has biopic Tiger Nageswara Rao in the making.
