Bimbisara, the Telugu film starring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, will stream on Zee5 from October 21 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.

Directed by Mallidi Vassishta, the film also features Catherine Tresa, Samyuktha Menon and Prakash Raj, Warina Hussain, Vennela Kishore, Srinivas Reddy, Brahmaji, Sai Kiran, and Ayyappa P Sharma. The film begins in the year 500 BC and revolves around the evil king Bimbisara (Kalyan Ram) and the series of events that follows when he time-travels through the present time.

According to IANS, Nandamuri said, "I am super thrilled with the response we have received from the audience for Bimbisara so far and am looking forward to its World Digital Premiere on ZEE5. For people who haven't watched it yet, this is your opportunity to be a part of a fascinating and a visually stunning world of Bimbisara." The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Chota K Naidu and music composers MM Keeravani and Chirrantan Bhatt. The film had its theatrical release on August 5.
