We earlier reported that Trisha will make her OTT series debut with Brinda. Now the actor has revealed that the production of the series has been wrapped up. 

Sharing a photo of her from the sets, Trisha wrote on Twitter, "And it’s a wrap. Thank you to each and every one who worked by, with and for Brinda. Season 1 on its way." (sic) The photo featured her standing in front of a police jeep. The upcoming Telugu series is billed as a crime investigation drama and Trisha will be playing the role of a cop for the first time.

According to reports, the series is backed by Avinash Kolla and his brother Ashish Kolla under the Stories production banner for SonyLiv. It is directed by debutant filmmaker Surya Vangala, who has previously assisted filmmakers Hanu Raghavapudi and Sekhar Kammula. Surya co-wrote the script with Padmavathi Malladi and Vangala. Dialogues are penned by Jay Krishna and cinematography is handled by Dinesh K Babu.
