As RRR runs in packed houses across the nation, the lead actors of the film have penned heartfelt notes thanking the audience for showering love on the film. 

Jr NTR wrote on Twitter, "Thank You, each and every one, for your unwavering love. Your love, admiration and support is what keeps me going... Enjoy the visual spectacle that is RRR."

Ram Charan, on the other hand, thanked the viewers but releasing a statement in five languages. "Thanks for the immense love and appreciation for SS Rajamouli Garu's RRR. My warmest thanks to each and everyone who has watched the film in theatres with great enthusiasm. I humbly accept this accept amazing birthday gift."

Filmmaker SS Rajamouli too shared, "Thanks to EVERRRYONE for your thunderous applause for RRR. Overwhelmed."

Jr NTR plays Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays Alluri Seetharamaraju in the film. The film also stars Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, and Samuthirakani, among others.

The film has reportedly earned Rs 223 crore on day 1 at the box office, beating the record set by Baahubali 2.
