Mahesh Babu calls RRR epic, says 'There are films and then there are SS Rajamouli films!'

Actor Mahesh Babu shared a string of tweets to appreciate RRR, starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in lead roles. The Sarkaru Vaari Paata-actor is impressed with SS Rajamouli's most recent directorial. He started the thread by saying, "There are films, and then there are SS Rajamouli films! #RRR E.P.I.C!! The scale, grandeur visuals, music & emotions are unimaginable, breathtaking and simply stunning!" 

Speaking of the lead actors in the film, he said, "@tarak9999 and @AlwaysRamCharan grow beyond their stardom and come out with performances which are out of this world!! The law of gravity didn't seem to exist in the Natu-Natu song! They were literally flying!!"

RRR was released on March 25 to a great response from the audience, and the film is expected to hold strong at the box office during its first weekend with a day 1 global collection of Rs 223 crores.

The music for RRR has been scored MM Keeravani. Other than Ram Charan and Jr NTR, the film stars Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, and Samuthirakani in pivotal roles.

Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata is set to hit screens on May 12. Directed by Parasuram, the film has Keerthy Suresh playing the female lead.
