Another star kid will emerge on the big screen. Ace producer DVV Danayya's son Kalyan Dasari is set to make his acting debut with a romantic action entertainer, titled Adheera. The film is being directed by Prasanth Varma, who earlier helmed several path-breaking films such as Awe, Kalki, and Zombie Reddy.

"It's going to be an action entertainer with a lot of subtle humour and a dose of romance and emotional moments," says a source adding, "Kalyan took lessons in acting, fights, choreography, flexibility training and also worked to improve his diction."

The film is being bankrolled by Danayya under the DVV Entertainment banner. It will have an all-in-all young cast and crew; and currently, the team is on the lookout for the female lead. In all probability, the principal shooting will commence in the second half of this year.

Besides this film, Prasanth Varma is also directing HanuMan, the first original superhero film in Telugu. He is also committed to directing a sequel to his 2021 hit film Zombie Reddy. Kalyan, on the other hand, is awaiting the release of his most sought-after production RRR on March 25.
