There were reports doing the rounds that actor Pankaj Tripathi is set to make his Telugu debut with Pawan Kalyan's next. Titled Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh, the film marks the reunion of Pawan with director Harish Shankar.

However, the Mirzapur actor put an end to the rumours by releasing a statement refuting the claims. Pankaj said, "Reading the news of doing a film with Pawan Kalyan on social media made me really happy. I’m an admirer of his work. But as much as I want this news to be true, unfortunately it’s not. But I do hope I get to work with him someday soon."

Pawan, who recently starred in the blockbuster Bheemla Nayak, will next be seen in director Krish's Hari Hara Veera Mallu, and is rumoured to be headline the Telugu remake of Samuthirakani's recent directorial, Vinodhaya Sitham.

Other speculations about Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh include Pooja Hegde being roped in for the mass entertainer. The film, with music by Devi Sri Prasad, is backed by Mythri Movie Makers.
