Actor Rajasekhar, who awaits the release of Shekar, has been approached to play the antagonist in actor Jr NTR's upcoming film, NTR 30. The Koratala Siva directorial is likely to have Alia Bhatt as the leading lady.

"Koratala wants Rajasekhar on board and has initiated talks with the actor, who sought some time to reveal his decision. If everything works out, Rajasekhar will be seen locking horns with NTR in this film," says a source.

Produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni, NTR 30 will be launched on February 7 in Hyderabad. Touted to be a socio-political entertainer, the film will showcase NTR as a slum dweller, who fights against the government for the rights of his people.

Music of the film is by Anirudh Ravichander.
