Chiranjeevi recovers from Covid, back on Godfather sets

The Megastar of Telugu cinema was in isolation after testing positive for Covid-19

Chiranjeevi tested positive on January 26, and he was in quarantine for the past few days. Now, he has recovered from the infection and has returned to the sets of his upcoming film, Godfather. He thanked his fans for their love and wishes.

Sharing the stills from the sets of Godfather, Chiranjeevi wrote, "Tested Negative. Back to work & Back in Action with full steam :) Heartfelt thanks for all your love and wishes for my recovery. Humbled & Energised! (sic)"

Godfather, directed by Mohan Raja, is Telugu remake of Malayalam film Lucifer, starring Mohanlal.

Meanwhile, the Telugu star will next be seen in Acharya. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film has Ram Charan, Kajal Aggarwal, and Pooja Hegde. The film will be released on February 4.
