Saakini Daakini, the upcoming Telugu film starring Regina Cassandra, and Nivetha Thomas, is set to release on September 16, the makers announced on Tuesday.

The upcoming film is the official remake of South Korean action-comedy film Midnight Runners. It is produced by D Suresh Babu, Sunitha Tati and Hyunwoo Thomas Kim and directed by Sudheer Varma.

The release date poster features Regina and Nivetha giving serious gaze. The technical crew consists of Richard Prasad as the cinematographer, while Mikey McCleary is the music composer. Viplav Nyshadam is the editor.
