Macherla Niyojakavargam, the upcoming Telugu film starring Nithiin in the lead role, has been censored with a U/A at the Censor Board.

The film is set to release in theatres on August 12 and features Nithiin as an IAS officer. The film also starts Krithi Shetty and Catherine Tresa. Actor Anjali makes a cameo appearance in Ra Ra Reddy song, which partly features a remix version of Ranu Ranu Antundi Chinnadho from Nithiin's first film Jayam.

Helmed by MS Raja Shekhar Reddy, it is bankrolled by Sudhakar Reddy, Nikitha Reddy under Sreshth Movies, in association with Aditya Movies & Entertainments (India) LLP. The technical crew consists of cinematographer Prasad Murella, Mahathi Swara Sagar on the music and editing handled by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao.
