SS Rajamouli's RRR hits a new box-office milestone

SS Rajamouli's action spectacle RRR continues its victory march at the global box-office. The film, which released on March 25, made over 230 crores on the first day, setting a new record. The makers have announced that the film has now hit a new milestone in terms of collections.

The NTR Jr-Ram Charan-starrer has hit the 1000-crore mark at the world-wide box office, emerging as the one of the biggest hits of India.

The makers shared the news with a new poster featuring the leading men on Twitter. "1000 crore is a dream run for a film from India. We made our best for you, and you in return showered us with your priceless love. Thank you Bheem (Jr NTR) fans, Ramaraju (Ram Charan)  fans and audience across the world."

The film also stars Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Alia Bhatt, Samuthirakani, among others. Post-RRR, reports suggest the Rajamouli will be teaming up with Mahesh Babu.
