Mike Tyson completes dubbing for Liger

Liger is scheduled for theatrical release on August 25, 2022

We had previously reported that veteran boxer Mike Tyson will be a part of the upcoming pan-India sports film, Liger. It's now known that Tyson has completed dubbing for his role in the Vijay Deverakonda-starrer.

Scenes involving Tyson and Vijay were shot in the USA. The Hangover actor shared a video in which he said, "Thank you very much for being kind to me. I am very grateful."

According to sources, Tyson plays a pivotal role and his portions will be one of the major highlights of the film. Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the film is produced by the filmmaker along with Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta.

Also starring Ananya Panday as the female lead, Liger features Ramya Krishnan, Vishu Reddy, Ali, Makarand Deshpande and Ronit Roy in prominent roles. Being made in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages, the film is scheduled for theatrical release on August 25, 2022.
