Vikram's Cobra is set to hit screens on August 31. Ahead of the release, the makers have shared its trailer. The 2.32-minute-long trailer has Vikram donning multiple looks. A character in the trailer describes him as a mathematical genius, and the film seems to be centered around his calculative moves to avenge the loss of a dear one.

Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, Cobra is billed as an action-thriller made on a big scale. The film also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Irfan Pathan, Miya George, Roshan Mathew, Sarjano Khalid, John Vijay, Mirnalini Ravi, Meenakshi Govindharajan, Mamukkoya and KS Ravikumar. Produced by Seven Screen Studio, the film has music by AR Rahman. Red Giant Movies have bagged the distribution rights.

Meanwhile, Vikram is set to reunite with Ajay Gnanamuthu once again after Cobra. In a recently conducted Twitter Spaces, Vikram shared that their next film will have a unique and compelling story.
