Actor Naslen has once again kept an element of secrecy around his role in Scene, directed by Jithu Madhavan and co-starring Suriya and Nazriya Nazim. Speaking at the trailer launch event on Saturday, Naslen said that he felt surprised by the audience's warm reception for him as he entered the stage because Scene is only his first Tamil film. The actor expressed his gratitude to the audience for the positive reception.

Naslen also praised his Scene co-star Suriya, highlighting his passion and hard working personality. "The shoot went from evening six to morning six. Even when we all become like zombies after the shoot, we would see Suriya sir at 9 am in the dubbing studio with much freshness and energy, without any tantrums. For a beginner like me, all of that is an inspiration," the actor said about Suriya. The actor added that Suriya would bring food for his co-stars on the set that is cooked with plenty of 'love'.

At one point during the speech, Naslen was asked by the event hosts about his role in the film. In response, the actor said that it is not that evil a character and that he is innocent. However, the actor's response brought out a big laugh from Jyotika, who produces the upcoming film with her husband and its lead actor Suriya.

Naslen was also asked about his experience working with Suriya. The host asked the actor, "You are his youngest villain in the last 15-20 years. Was it intimidating for you when you acted looking at his eyes?" In response, Naslen said that he found it "very scary" and that he likes Suriya that much. "I was very happy during the shoot and even now," the actor said.
