The makers of the upcoming film John Doe have unveiled the first look at Arjun Das from the film. The film is directed by Madhumita, who has previously directed KD (2019).

In John Doe, Arjun Das will be playing Chandru, a police officer. Taking to his X handle, Arjun Das, describing his character, wrote, "'Naan podhuma? (Am I enough?)' A question that haunts CHANDRU. A question we’ve all asked ourselves, perhaps. Somewhere in his search, I found a little of myself too."

Madhumita has written the upcoming film along with Nicholas Chevallier.

The cast of John Doe includes Sanchana Natrajan, Srishti, and Zaara Vineet Chandhoke.

Mujeeb Majid is composing music, with The Artist 404 handling additional music for the film. The crew also includes director of photography Preetha Jayaraman, editor Vijay Venkataraman, production designer Ashwini Kale, and stunt choreographers Dinesh Subbarayan and Action Sandhosh.

Prasad Devineni and Shobu Yarlagadda are producing the film under their Arka Mediaworks banner. AGS Entertainment is distributing John Doe in Tamil Nadu. Netflix has bagged the streaming rights for the film.

Meanwhile, Madhumita is also awaiting the release of Love Always, which premieres on JioHotstar on October 30.
