Maria Raja Elanchezhian's directorial debut Happy Raj, starring GV Prakash alongside Sri Gouri Priya in the leading role, has been receiving positive response from audience and critics.

According to the box office tracker Sacnilk, Happy Raj has brought in a total gross collection of around Rs 33 lakh on its fourth day, a sharp drop from its third day revenue where it earned Rs 1.05 crore. The film clocked in over Rs 65 lakhs on its first day at the box office which gradually increased to Rs 1.15 crore on day 2. The overall collection of the film now stands at Rs 3.54 crore gross and Rs 3.08 crore (nett).

The film also stars Abbas, George Maryan, Geetha Kailasam, Adhrichi Arun, Prathana Nathan, Mohammed Rasool, and Madurai Muthu in supporting roles. The music is composed by Justin Prabhakaran. and produced by Jayavardhanan and Jaikanth Suresh.
