Blast Box Office: The Arjun headlined action drama, Blast, has crossed Rs 25 crores in collections at the worldwide box office. Also starring Abhirami and Preity Mukhundhan, the film opened in theatres on May 28.

Directed by debutant Subash K Raj, the film collected Rs 1 crore on its opening day in India. The film further collected Rs 2.15 crores day 2, and further saw a bump on its opening weekend.

After collecting Rs 4.55 crores on Saturday and RS 6 crores on Sunday, at the Indian box office, the film crossed the Rs 25 crores mark, at the worldwide box office, late on Monday.

The film follows a family of fighters who is embroiled in a larger conspiracy, and is forced to go up against a crime syndicate in a fight for survival.

The cast of Blast also includes Vivek Prasanna, John Kokken, Arjun Chidambaram, Pawan, and Dileepan, among others. Ravi Basrur who is known for his work in the KGF franchise, makes his Tamil debut as a music composer with Blast.
