Recently, we reported that the second song from Venky Atluri's Tamil-Telugu film Vishwanath And Sons, starring Suriya and Mamitha Baiju, will feature Suriya's vocals. Earlier this July, composer GV Prakash revealed that the song would release on July 23, coinciding with Suriya's birthday. However, earlier this Wednesday, producer Sithara Entertainments revealed that they will release only the promo for the song tomorrow and that the full song will be out on July 25, Saturday.

There has been much excitement around the song as it features Suriya's vocals. Sithara Entertainments added to the buzz with its description of the song. "A full blown banger…….A visual delight…… A musical feast…VAS second single has it all. PROMO OUT TOMORROW. Igniting the Music Charts & Dance Floors from JULY 25th," the banner shared.

The second song from Vishwanath And Sons features verses from Youth director-actor Ken Karunaas. It is not Suriya's first song. The actor has already lent his voice to tracks such as 'Love Detox' from Retro, 'Ek Do Teen' from Anjaan, and 'Maara Theme' Soorarai Pottru. His vocals are also featured, alongside his brother Karthi's, in a track titled 'Cha Cha Charey' from Party.

The upcoming film also stars Mamitha Baiju in a lead role. It tells a story of love between a middle-aged adult (Suriya) and his younger lover (Mamitha Baiju). The cast includes Radikaa Sarathkumar, Raveena Tandon, and Yogi Babu. It marks Raveena's comeback to Tamil cinema for the first time after 2001's Aalavandhan, co-starring Kamal Haasan, and to Telugu cinema after 2014's Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda, also featuring Vishnu Manchu.

Vishwanath And Sons is set to release on August 14, Friday. It is coming on the back of the blockbuster success of Suriya's Karuppu.
